Welcome to the Chip & PIN Direct Wireless Phone setup guide!

Your phone should already be configured to plug and play.. but lets see what should be in the box:

Setting up Plug your phone into a power socket and make sure the Power light on the base comes on (bottom of 3). Then, connect the LAN socket on your Base to a LAN port on your router, using the ethernet cable. When connected you should see the "LAN" icon turn green on the base. This is the light that signifies internet connection.

Once everything is connected, try a outgoing call and incoming via mobile.. That should be you all set!

Voicemails

Depending on your preference, voicemails can be set up to re-route to emails - You can also have as many beneficial options such as call queue & out of office procedures. Comment at the bottom of this guide for more info!

🔧 Should issues arise, sometimes its quicker to solve them yourself. Remember:
  • Turning both the router and the ONT off and on solves 90% of issues.

  • Ask yourself, "is this local to my card machine/device(s) or is the issue system wide?" - The internet light on your router usually is enough to determine this.

  • Ask yourself "Is the issue Wi-Fi only? or hardwired devicess too?"

Please note, unless you're a customer of both our broadband AND network management services, we cannot guarantee perfect VOIP Phone connectivity.
