Closing your account

Account Closure Policy
Notice Period

Customers must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice to close or terminate services unless otherwise stated within their agreement.


Outstanding Agreements

Any remaining contract terms, finance agreements, or outstanding balances may still be payable following account closure.


Equipment Returns

Any rented or loaned equipment must be returned in good condition following termination of services.

Failure to return equipment may result in replacement or non-return charges.


Final Charges

Customers may receive final invoices for:

  • Outstanding balances

  • Early termination fees

  • Equipment charges

  • Supplier cease charges where applicable

Service Disconnection

Services may remain active and billable during the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
