Equipment Rental policy

Equipment Rental & Supply Terms
Rental Equipment


Any rented equipment remains the property of Chip and Pin Direct unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Maintenance & Support

Standard maintenance covers faults caused by normal usage and manufacturer-related issues.


Misuse & Damage

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, liquid spills, unauthorised repairs, neglect, or improper handling may result in repair or replacement charges.


Lost or Unreturned Equipment

Customers may be charged for any equipment that is lost, stolen, damaged beyond repair, or not returned when requested.


Purchase Plans & Finance Agreements

Where equipment is supplied on a purchase plan, finance agreement, or instalment basis, the remaining balance or full equipment cost may become payable if:

  • The agreement is cancelled early

  • Payments are missed

  • Services are terminated before the agreed term ends

Third-Party Equipment

We are not responsible for faults caused by unsupported or third-party equipment connected to supplied systems.
