Returning Equipment

We may need to replace equipment from time to time,


Once the replacement equipment has been connected and confirmed working, please return the faulty equipment using the packaging provided.

Returning Faulty Equipment
1. Place the faulty equipment into the same box the replacement equipment arrived in.
2. Place the box into the enclosed pre-paid postage bag.
3. Seal the bag securely.
4. Drop the parcel into your local Post Office.

Important Return Information
Faulty equipment must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

If the original equipment is not returned within this period, the equipment will be considered active on your account and the full rental charges for the replacement equipment will be applied until the faulty equipment has been returned.
