Basic Troubleshooting

When your phone has no connection, the 3 lights found on your base (reciever can tell a lot.

Should all lights be green, try unplugging it from the wall, wait 30 seconds and plugging it in again.

Failing that, work through the following:

If there's no 'internet' light

  • Ensure the ethernet cable (usually a thick cable with a clip on the end) is plugged securely into the back of your router

  • Check that your internet is working (WiFi on your phone)

  • If the base is plugged into another device from your router, ensure it's working

If there's no lights at all

Check the power source to the base. This can only indicate the device has no power,

If there is no 'Handset' light

  • Ensure the handset has power, of not check the charging dock is plugged in.

  • Restart the phone base - this is the square box with the 3 lights on

Power off for 30 seconds and back on again and give the base 2-3 minutes to reconnect to your phones. All 3 lights should come back on.
