TeamViewer Calls

When issues occur that are beyond our capabilities, we have partners that can dial in to save the day. For this to happen, You will need:

Laptop or tablet ✅

Stable internet connection ✅


Our partners will use a software called TeamViewer to remotey and securely access your device




Opening Teamviewer:

  1. Open a web browser

  2. Go to https://www.teamviewer.com

  3. Click Download

  4. Open Teamviewer QuickSupport (no installation necessary)


What will happen next:

  • Our suppliers 'Packnet' will ask for the ID and password shown on your screen

  • They connect securely and diagnose the issue

  • Once finished the session is closed

If you have not heard from Packnet, please call them once set up, on 0161 660 2350
