Laptop or tablet ✅

Our partners will use a software called TeamViewer to remotey and securely access your device

Opening Teamviewer:
Open a web browser
Click Download
Open Teamviewer QuickSupport (no installation necessary)
What will happen next:
Our suppliers 'Packnet' will ask for the ID and password shown on your screen
They connect securely and diagnose the issue
Once finished the session is closed
